Hello all and welcome to our newsletter relaunch!
I know many of us are hard at work out there and there is a lot going on in the world. We thank everyone who does what they can to make the world better and it is our wish to be able to help fight for those positive changes at a wider and grander scale! For now though I will keep our update and first newsletter as concise as possible! Generally our board is putting our extra energy towards our Halloween party and working on our ability to share information with our community through instagram, personal messages, and email. The event committee is learning a lot about event planning and excited to share a fun evening before the last bit of election push! That is the night of the 27th with info near the bottom! I have also included in here some other events on our radar and want to work on creating space for cool events and opportunities to be active, learn, and socialize!

-Nov 9th, virtual, 7pm, Run for CO DNC Delegate and Caucus Training - Organized by Colorado Democratic Party

State invited us to the 9th as want youth involved early in the process so can spread the word and consider it for next year. Due to the state plan the hope is that at least 25%(might be higher even) of the delegates are in the youth category(under 36).
Plus all the local canvassing opportunities you all should be full up on things to do! :)
Team Event Highlight:
Happening October 27 at The Savoy in Denver, our first annual fundraiser party! The evening will feature cocktails, a costume contest, music and a night-long mystery game for attendees to win great prizes! At this prohibition-era bash, we’re hoping to connect and rally to ensure Republicans don’t prohibit our rights! Bring your friends to dance the night away at 2023 “Red Scare!”
